If no custom size is ordered, the EAZY SLIDER hamburger press will be sent with a standard 4 oz., 1/2" thick, 4 1/4"diameter mold plate. Additional mold plates are available. All units come with instructions for use, an adapter plate (if needed, now or later) 2 C-clamps for secure mounting to table, a rubber pad to prevent slipping, 2 spare knobs, 2 spare hitch pins and a perforated container to keep all the small parts in during clean-up, so they won't get lost.
